FAQ

Everything about ordering custom gift bags — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.

Ordering

What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 250 bags per design. Smaller proof runs can be quoted case by case, and larger runs drop quickly in per-unit price.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the hundreds of thousands for retail and corporate programs.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample so you can approve the stock, print, finish, and handles before we run the full order. Ask about terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix sizes or styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine sizes and styles — say a kraft everyday bag and a foil-stamped gift bag — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, dieline, stock, and handle spec on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching across print and foil so the bag coordinates with the rest of your packaging.
Can you add foil, embossing, or spot gloss?
Yes. Hot-foil stamping, raised embossing or debossing, and spot-gloss varnish are all available and can be combined for a premium finish.
What handle options are there?
Twisted paper, flat kraft, cotton rope, grosgrain ribbon, and die-cut handles — we’ll recommend one to match the bag’s stock and weight.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
About two to three weeks from approved mockup for standard styles; foil, specialty finishes, or fully custom sizes may add a short step we’ll flag up front.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for a firm event, launch, or in-store date — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Bags ship flat-packed, so freight is economical even at volume; we can also arrange assembly options.
Do the bags ship flat or assembled?
Bags ship flat-packed to save freight and are quick to pop open and set up; ask us if you need them shipped pre-assembled.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Pricing & Payment

How much do custom gift bags cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about a third of a dollar per unit for a simple kraft bag up to a few dollars for a foil-stamped luxury bag, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on size, stock, finish, handles, and quantity. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established companies.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.

Product & Care

How sturdy are the bags?
Very. We reinforce bases with a cardboard insert and match stock weight to the bag size, so even a jumbo bag carries a real gift without buckling, and handles are reinforced to resist tearing out.
Which bag should I choose?
Kraft for sturdy everyday retail; matte laminated for a soft-touch boutique feel; gloss for bright, durable color; foil-stamped for luxury gifting; euro tote for refined mid-tier; recycled for eco brands. Tell us your use and we’ll recommend one.
Are the bags water-resistant?
Laminated bags (matte and gloss) resist scuffs and light moisture; uncoated kraft and recycled bags are best kept dry. Tell us the environment and we’ll spec accordingly.
Is the printing durable?
Yes. Lamination seals and protects the print on coated bags, and inks are cured into the stock, so artwork resists scuffing through handling and reuse.
Do you offer recyclable or FSC-certified bags?
Yes. Our kraft and recycled bags use recyclable stock and water-based inks, with FSC-certified paper available for brands with sustainability commitments.
